Processing Policy:

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following business day not including weekends, sales, and holidays.

Although Southern City Girl® aim to ship all orders out 2-3 business days after being placed please be aware of Southern City Girl® processing policy below:

During normal business times (low traffic) all orders will be processed in 3-5 business days after the customers purchase date. Weekends, sales, and holidays are not included in the processing time. The processing time does not include the shipping time frame from Southern City Girl® headquarters to the customer; the package destination. 

During holidays or sales periods the orders will be processed in 7-14 business days after the customers purchasing date. Weekends, sales, and holidays are not included in the processing time. The processing time does not include the shipping time frame from Southern City Girl® headquarters to the customer; the package destination. 

Please be advised these are estimated times and Southern City Girl® thrive to cut the estimated times down but as a protection on Southern City Girl® behalf we have to advise the customer of the estimated processing time. If for any unforeseen circumstance Southern City Girl® processing time is delayed we will contact the customers to ensure that they are aware. 

Weekends, sales, and holidays are not included in the processing time.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS mail first class “U.S. Domestic” : (5-7 business days according to usps.com) all states thats apart of the USA continent.

USPS mail first class “U.S. Territories” : (5-7 business days according to usps.com) all U.S. Territories thats not apart of the USA continent. i.e Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, ect. 

USPS Priority mail: (2-3 business days according to usps.com) 

Southern City Girl® does not offer international shipping at the moment. 

 

To ensure that the customer’s package is delivered within the time frame advertised by USPS, please make sure the address is entered correctly. It’s recommended not to use abbreviations (instead of using ST. type out Street completely) and insert spaces in the appropriate place. If there is an apartment number or floor please use the second address bar to input that information.  When there are issues with verifying the customers address, Southern City Girl® customer service will contact the customer to resolve these issues. After three unsuccessful attempts of contacting the customer, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment with a deduction for the refund fee.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer refuses any shipments from SouthernCityGirl.com or Southern City Girl®, the customer will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the shipment to Southern City Girl®. The original and return shipping cost amount will be deducted from the customers merchandise refund amount.

*A Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with the tracking information and arrange for someone to be available to sign for the package. If USPS attempts delivery and the customer is not available, the  customer should report to their local USPS office immediately to claim the package before it is returned to Southern City Girl®. 

Southern City Girl® is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by USPS, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address Southern City Girl® will ship the package to).

If the customer's tracking information states that the customer's package was delivered and the customer has not received it, the customer must resolve this issue with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Southern City Girl®  DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state YOUR PACKAGE WAS ACCEPTED BY USPS OR DELIVERED. We do not issue refunds for packages that state “delivered” or that have been lost/stolen in transit or have been lost/stolen after delivery.

 

If there is no movement/updates on tracking for the customers package once the customer has received their tracking information, the customer must contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
