Shipping varies due to zones; the minimum shipping cost is $5.90.
How long until I get my delivery?
USPS mail first class “U.S. Domestic” : (5-7 business days according to usps.com) all states thats apart of the USA continent.
USPS mail first class “U.S. Territories” : (5-7 business days according to usps.com) all U.S. Territories that are not apart of the USA continent. i.e Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, ect.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately no, Southern City Girl® processes orders at a fast rate to ensure that the customer receives their shipment as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

How can I track my order?
After the customer order is processed, they will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. Once Southern City Girl® processes the customer order, the order will be scanned in by USPS. Please see our store policy for processing details.
Do you provide return labels?
No, Southern City Girl® does not offer return labels. All Southern City Girl® sales are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds or store credits will be given under any circumstance. Please see our store policy for details.
Are my payment details/data secure?
Yes, Southern City Girl® does not know any of your card information nor does Southern City Girl® have authority to charge your card. All payments are processed securely by paypal or Shopify payment center. Refer to Paypal and Shopify payment processing policies.
How is [Product] made?
All products are made by hand either in Southern City Girl® headquarters or by a trusted manufacturer.
What Happens If I Forget To Use A Discount Code?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed Southern City Girl® will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. On the bright side that particular discount code may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why Won't My Discount Code Work?
Have you entered the code correctly? Southern City Girl® codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout. Check the expiration date by looking at the terms and conditions to make sure the offer is still valid. Ensure the code is eligible for certain items. Southern City Girl® may offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. If you received a custom code please be aware that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

What Should I do if I never received my order?
Please reach out to USPS to track your lost/stolen package. You can file a claim with USPS. Southern City Girl® does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please see our store policy for details.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to info@southerncitygirl.com within 6 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 6 hours of receiving your package will result in Southern City Girl® inability to replace the item.

I sent an email but haven’t received a response. When can I expect a response from your Support Team?
Please allow 3-5 Business days for a response.Our Business Days are Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm. Business days do not include the weekends, sale days, or holidays.
How do I change my order?
Please be sure to double check your shipping address, quantity, and email. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, Southern City Girl® cannot make any changes to your order.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
Please allow your order to process. If you have not received a confirmation email, please be sure you provided the correct email address and check your spam folder.
Can I order a gift for a friend and ship it to them?
Unfortunately, due to the risk of fraud, no. The billing and shipping address must match.
Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancelation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
I got an email for a refund. Why?
We will refund an order if:
- Fraud is detected.
- You’ve previously opened a chargeback on your order.
- We’ve sent an email asking to verify your address and do not receive a response.
- In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
I wanted to order a specific item but it is now out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
Southern City Girl® currently do not have specific stock dates but please go to our Instagram @TheSouthernCityGirl and turn on our post notifications to be notified when we will restock. Also sign up for our mailing list to get the restock date before anyone!
My package was returned to Southern City Girl®, what do I do now?
Email Southern City Girl® at info@southerncitygirl.com to have your package reshipped (fees will apply). We do not hold onto returned packages for more than 5 Business Days.
My tracking is showing my shipment is still in transit.
Please reach out to USPS for the status of your tracking. Once USPS scans your order, they are in possession of it. All Southern City Girl® sales are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds or store credits will be given under any circumstance. Please see our store policy for details.

I’m missing an item(s) from my order. What do I need to do?
Check your spam folder/email to see if you’ve received a store credit for the item(s) missing. Email info@southerncitygirl.com with your order number and let us know what item(s) are missing.
I received the wrong order. What do I need to do?
Please reach out to us at info@southerncitygirl.com with your order number and a picture of what you received.
I received the wrong item and need to send it back, am I still responsible for return shipping?
No, if the mistake was made on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
How can I get a store credit?
A store credit is issued if an item(s) is out of stock.
Does the store credit expire?
No. Store credits can be used at any time.
How is the store credit issued?
We issue a store credit in the form of a Southern City Girl® E-Gift card. The credit can be used at check out.
